产品描述美华修复材料Mh1122
本品主要以疏水材料、超硬碳化硅及特性树脂为骨材的双组分复合材料,具有很好的疏水性、耐磨性能及粘接性能。
无挥发性有机溶剂,无闪点,施工方便、安全。使用温度范围在-5-100之间。
典型用途 主要用于电厂/水泥/化工/煤矿/冶金/钢铁各个车间的溜槽内壁。它具有较好的疏水性能,可以避免铁粉、灰尘等在内壁结垢,易清理。同时具有优异的粘接性能、操作工艺性好,满足大面积涂覆。

疏水性能测试:
水滴在表面不铺展,有自聚功能。
耐温性能:按照标准 GB7124 测试,碳钢片,表面喷砂处理, 70固化24h 后冷至室温,于各个温度下进行测试。 剪切强度与温度的关系图
从图中可以看出, 在 60以下的剪切强度〉10MPa,在 90也有 3MPa 的剪切强度。
常温固化不同时间的剪切强度对比:
按照标准 GB7124 测试,碳钢片,表面喷砂处理,恒温室 23±2条件下,固化不同时间的测试结果。
